ParkSimple operates and manages over 20,000 parking spaces throughout Atlanta and the coastal Southeast, and we continue to expand our platform.  Our parking management portfolio includes Medical Office Buildings, Mixed-Use Developments, Multifamily Residential, Office Buildings, Corporate Office Management, Surface Parking, and Temporary Parking Solutions.

• Location Manager: We assign a dedicated Location Manager to each facility who is responsible for the logistics of managing all monthly parking credentials, validations and maintaining a clean, functional parking site. Our Location Managers are on-site daily and interact with Property Managers, Building Engineers, and parkers. Manage the on-site Ambassadors at each location.

• 24/7 Call Center: Our Call Center team allows clients to focus on its core business while we focus on parking-related issues: i.e. troubleshoot equipment malfunctions, assist parkers with any questions, etc.

• ParkSimple Mobile Maintenance: Our team performs routine maintenance and cleaning each location, daily. We develop a maintenance checklist with our clients after a comprehensive walk-through of your facility.

• Financial Reporting: We provide our clients with a detailed monthly report that outlines all financial activity for the previous month.
