ParkSimple utilizes a ticketless text valet system where guests can request their vehicle in advance to reduce wait times and pay their parking fee by phone. Valet guests provide us with a mobile number and in return, they receive their valet ticket and registration in the form of a text message. Prior to parking, the valet attendant will photo-document pre-existing damages to reduce liability. This paperless system allows us to streamline operations and expedite the valet process. Provides specialized valet services for our clients and if needed, engage a trusted third-party vendor.
"Been parking with them for more than 2 years now at their midtown location next to the Fox Theatre. They acquired the building fairly recently and have done tons of improvements to it. This is a very well managed parking lot and their customer service is also great. Really enjoy being a customer of them."
